If only 8 drivers are competing the format is as follows:

10mins qualifying session for each driver
25min heat. The fastest qualifying time to start on pole
25min reverse grid pre-final. The last position finisher from the first heat to start on pole
15min final. The driver who finishes with the lowest point score from the previous heat races will start on pole.

Winner from the 15min final takes overall honours for the night/day.

If 16 drivers are competing the format is as follows:

The 16 driver competition runs to a similar format as the 8 driver event, except that there will be two 10min qualifying sessions. These will determine which division you are in.
Everybody will qualify, however the top 4 from each qualifying group will go through to the A division and bottom 4 from each group will be in the B division.
The 15minute final is made up of the 10 drivers who have scored the lowest amount of points throughout the day/night of racing.

1hr Single Driver Enduro

$75.00 per driver/kart
1hr single driver Endurance-Style Event
10min qualifying session to determine your grid position for the race
1 hr non-stop race (approx 130–135 laps)

2hr 2 Driver Enduro

$165.00 per kart/team
2hr two driver Endurance-Style Event
5min qualifying session for each driver
The fastest combined time gains pole position for the race and so on
2 hrs of racing to follow with 4 compulsory 5min pit stops throughout the race.

Drivers can expect around 250 laps to be completed of the course of the race.

Minimum Age

All drivers must be 18 years or older for Arrive and Drive. Proof of age will be requested for drivers. Driver under 18 years of age must have a guardian present.

Suggested Attire

Please wear comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe shoes. Open-toed shoes, skirts and dresses are not appropriate for karting. Helmets and hairnets are provided free of charge and must be worn at all times.

Wet Weather

If the track is wet or rain is imminent the event will still take place.

Suggested Arrival Time

To enjoy the full value of your racing experience, we strongly suggest that you arrive at least 30 mins prior to the commencement of your race/session. This allows time to complete required documents and receive our pre-race safety brief and program details. You and your group are our number one priority and we want to provide you with a maximum amount of circuit time. Unfortunately, a late arrival will limit this, lessening the Real Life Racing experience. We must start and finish to schedule, so please plan your event carefully, and call us if you have any questions about this.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A deposit of 100% (for Arrive and Drive sessions & any booking extras) of the total amount due will be required when making a reservation. When placing a temporary reservation we cannot guarantee that timeslot until we receive your deposit. We reserve the right to accept other reservations if the deposit has not been paid. Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to other dates.

We accept payment by: Cash, Direct Debit via EFT, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, and also Company Cheques with identification. Payment is due before the start of the program. It is expected that the event organiser presents to reception to finalise the payment. Final numbers are required 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Payment will be based on numbers provided in the final confirmation.

Refund Policy

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing, and by phone on 03 9436 9100. Full payment will be incurred if not received 7 days prior to the event.

Alcohol and Drugs

ZERO TOLERANCE (0.00 BAC).
Don’t drink and drive. T.U.K.E operates a strict alcohol and drug policy. If we have doubt or believe that any driver may be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive. Please note, that we will not refund or waive any fees paid or owing in the event that we disqualify a driver for the above reasons.
